Tilney and Williams Gardening are based on Westbourne Road, Penarth. From here we operate in and around the Penarth area including in Sully and Dinas. We do a wide variety of light and heavy gardening work from clearing and reclaiming large expanses of overgrowth into workable weed-free land, to mowing lawns and trimming hedges, to the pruning of trees or their taking up where necessary, to laying borders.

Charles Tilney and Joshua Williams are recent graduates in the Biological Sciences and Social Sciences respectively. After having worked part time in gardening for a number of years they are running a small, independent gardening business.
